I eat loads of that stuff don`t expect much off it. Keeps the mood stable, makes you slightly sleepy. All natural, all good!I already take 5-HTP which is supposed to help with anxiety. I'm assuming it will be more effective or I'll start noticing it more while sobering up. It's also beneficial for sleeping.
Anxiety is such a loopy thing... because taking pills for anxiety is an act of anxiety by itself. Think about it
As long as you let go of fears and stay happy you have the upper hand on it. If you know exactly what you want and you know it well, you have won!
