I would wait for all the hairs to change color and die back also check the tricombs they should be at least 10% amber as well. She doesn't look ready so don't murder her yet. put the knife down!

Minimum when the white hairs become brown or red and go inside the plant(or plant grows soo big it looks like thaz) you have lots of weeks to go
