how long to wait???

About a week ago i translanted from mg seedling soil to ocean forrest,that same night i burnt the shit out of my plant, (i didnt think she would make it).the new growth looks good and heathy and grows vigerously.i was wondering how long i should wait,before i start feeding them nutes? i know the soil has nutes so i want to be sure i dont stress it out again,since i already almost killed her once.thans in advance RIU has already saved her once so i know you guys will give me the best advice

a few weeks at least and then start at 25-50% of what the nute label says to give and slowly work your way up.

with ocean forest you shouldn't need any nutes in veg (depending on the plant type and genetics) only if you see signs that it needs nutes would I give it any in FFOF, (while in veg)
