How long to veg using supersoil?

How long do you veg your plants before flowering using the supersoil mix?

Would you recommend to use the 7 gallon deep or the 7 gallon shallow pot for your supersoil? What size pot do you use start your seedlings and what is the soil? If you just use Roots Organic or Biobizz do you fertilize before transplanting in the 7 gallon pot? How old are your plants when you transplant them in the 7 gallon pots? Mahalo for the help and advice!

I will take a wild guess just for fun.
1) shallow for most plants but not all
2) one gallon
3) roots
4) no
5) one week shy of 2 months

place seedlings directly into 1 gallon pots with Roots, for around 1 month. then transplant into pots containing s.s. for an additional month. no feeding required is required prior to transplant. I think sub uses the tall pots, i prefer the wide, both work fine.
