I dont know how your meter is, some have a High And LOW calibration 4 being low 7 being high Read the meters instructions,

Once your meter stays at a stable reading, that will be your PH

I think he's asking how to get an accurate reading from his water... I would let the water stir and mix with the pump for like ten minutes.
