How long till harvest?

Hell, I am going to show you guys some pictures of my first grow andi would like to know around how far along you guys think it is and how long you think it will need.. I am on a tight schedule as I am moving country by the 5th of september..

Any ideas? Its counting 3 weeks from when I made the switch.. the little white hairs formed into budlets by 1week
