How long should i keep my seedlings in the propagator?

The problem I'm having is without the propagator I'm having trouble keeping the humidity up. I can only achieve around 30% without the lid on them... when will it be ok to take the lid off....


and do you have any tips for raising the humidity to 50% inside my 1.2m square tent without a humidifier machine? For when I eventually have to remove the lid. The problem is a have a small fan blowing outside air in to keep them cool but I think it dries them out also?
 
If the outside air is 30% RH I don't see it getting up to 50% in the tent without a humidifier. You can try adding bowls of water, wet towels, etc.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I've ended up just taking the lid of and spraying the shit out of them every so often. I'll show a pic of my actually thermometer also.... u guys take a look....20200507_151304.jpg20200507_151310.jpg
