Cheers sunny74 ☺ if I leave them longer in veg does that mean they will get taller as I have an 8ft height to fill I don't want small plants either I am aiming for 2 Oz per plant I have 11 of them in 3x6x8 with a 450 viperspectra led 600 viperspectra led and a 600w hps

Wow! You're really going for it! :)

Dry weight is a function of plant size, genetics, quality/quantity of light among other factors.. If the plant isn't big enough in veg then it can't produce much.. I'd say those look like 2 0z plants.. Figure they will double in size during flower. No they won't get very tall. Just picture them twice the size as they are now. They'll probably grow a foot taller or so. You have a good shape going though so don't worry about height. You just want a nice even canopy.

Figure it this way.. you should get .5 - .75 grams per watt of light. In theory, you should get two to 3 pounds with that much light. That's in theory..

It's pretty easy to get two ounces of dry bud per plant in 3-5 gallon pots. When your space is half full with plant material you should flip the lights. Then they will stretch like crazy for two weeks then you just sit back and wait 8 weeks.

I can't see your whole setup etc, but I'd almost say keep them in veg another week considering the amount of light you are running.. you want to get the most bang for your buck. You could switch lights back to veg cycle without much harm..

I saw a plant that was grown with a Viperspectra 600 that yielded something crazy like 12 ounces.

What strain are you growing? Feminized?

I top twice and get over 2 ounces per plant but veg time controls size and yield along with genetics.once you put them into flowering it takes up to a week for them to switch over but when they are flowering you want as much energy directed toward flowering as possible if you topped a few days before going into flowering you should be fine. topping during flowering will reduce yield.some strains can triple in height during flowering but with an 8 foot ceiling you have about 5 1/2 feet for plant growth (18 inches for your lights and 1 foot for your pots) with that much space you could let them get 2 foot tall during veg and still not get too tall. I grew 3 plants under a 6 bulb T5 and got 8 ounces dry weight from 3 plants with only 6 feet of vertical space

Cheers for that I have just gone back to veg now coz I do want them bigger so maybe a week or 2 more of veg I am growing in a diy tent atm with a outage and intake 4" . My humidity keeps going over 70 to 80 when lights off but always 50 or under whilst on . Annoying. I have a fan heater trying to help and an a osculating fan too

Get that humidity down, ASAP, or you'll be covered in PM before you know it. Plants will need to be much bigger, mine are always 4 feet tall when I flip them. They finish out at around 6 feet, and in organics (I know I'm sacrificing yield), I'm hoping to do 8-10oz a plant at best (in 10G pots).... So, I will say this, if you don't get that humidity down, you won't harvest those numbers because you'll lose a lot, if not everything, to mold and mildew.

Also, low stress bonsai is fine through the stretch, but stop topping a week before flip to give the nodes at the top enough time to develop and shoot out again when flipping.

Thanks mate I have them in 12 litre pots so it's only about 2 and half gallons each and at the minuet they would be a foot and half tall if up straight but I have them on their side with the lst so they are just 1 or 2 inch under a foot does this mean they they will only get to 2 -3 feet in total or does the overall size count including the lst parts . I am guessing it will grow wider than taller because of this lst ?
