Yeah I'm going to have to get one more batch to start over. I want to do it organic next grow but I think I will get FFOF agian it work good, I think organic is best.

I just ran FFOF with some leftover nutes from my hydro setup. It worked well, but I'm moving towards organic also. 'Sup with some pics? Did you get the filter/fan figured out?

Ive experimented with feeding and no feeding. The only difference I've noticed is that since the mediums used for feeding are more porous, you'll have to water more often say, in comparison to miracle grow potting soil. Most people overthink the problem with their plants but most of it has to do with soil compaction, poor watering habits and lack of light. Alot of people say ph is the biggest problem when ive grown with city water ph around 9. Keep in mind, i always start them with spring water, whether thats hydro or in soil. All my leaves stay green until of course near end of flowering. Some strains, many branches will go red or purple but if its not strain related, its definitely stress.keep a special eye open for balls on those. This happens even with feminized seeds that get too stressed. Mind you, many times, hermie traits are so little in some seeds genetics that it will take a crap load of stress to even see 1 ball, but the male gene is in all seeds, just how much of it is the key to success or failure. Generations of seeds from generations of stressed plants will have stronger hermie genetics aka poor genetics in sensimilia growers terms

There are other less common problems people experience but still pretty common which is lack of ventilation, wind burn, especially on the lower leaves, stretching and heat burn. The most efficient way to grow weed is to always keep the lights close, one of the worst ways to grow weed is leaving that leaf or branch growing in the light thinking all will be fine until you notice new balls growing. Where the balls form wilk give you a history lesson on the plant. Unless the hermie or male genes are strong, if the balls start near the bottom it's because the plant was stressed early in life which is worst case scenario, middle up is midway through and at the top is usually near the end, again this only applies to plants with low hermie or male traits in their genetics

Here is some pics of my grow. The 2 taller ones are definitely King Kong's, the shorter bush may be White Russian and the smallest is a Highlands. The 3 bushes all started the same day, they are around 1 month and 1-2weeks, only 1-2 weeks into flowering. The tallest one flowered first. The smallest is only 2 weeks

The last one looks like a clone. Any of those auto's. Autos would only reach a certain height because it would be time to harvest sooner right? I'm looking into a veg/clone/auto flower tent but it has to be smaller than my 3x3. I'm looking at this one iPower GLTENTXS1 48"x24"x60" looks like a good size and its 5 feet so I think autos would reach about 3 feet, I cant see them reaching over 4 feet. I'm hoping it would be to light 2 3 gallon autos, and four extra plants to veg 1 clone and 3 from seed, but those would be out of the tent by the first month. Might need something a tad bigger

There is not a small window in height. I could dim the lights at this point and watch them stretch to the point they get top weak and fall over. I could also bunch them up or only give dim red light, those also assist in stretching, all backed by science

Nope, they are all feminized seed started. Mine are all autos but they can still stretch like a bean stock. My last grow, there was only 1 that did not touch the ceiling. Even if they are autos, they still go into veg but the flowering is just slower. My last grow, I vegged for 1 month, had too many bunched up together and many turned hermie because of it. I got over 1000 feminized seed which sucks but still had well over 1 pound of good smoke. Only 1 ounce left lol

Sorry, i meant, 1 vegged for 1 month and 2 weeks. Correction. That 2 weeks extra made the difference between the plants touching the ceiling or not. Rule of thumb is, start the flowering when plants are less than half tge height of ceiling

You can have 1 strain and have huge differences in height and appearance under the same soil light etc. The genetics of 1 seed can vary from the next greatly. Even if tge same strain. I have grown for long to know this clearly

I don't know but Ive used miracle grow, pro mix, scotts, shultz, and rootfarm all with amazing results. Rootfarm is the best if you never want to overwater but you have to add the Lets Grow A and B nutes and bone meal is great during flowering. Make sure theres lots of holes all around container especially at bottom and youll see its impossible to overwater because youd have to water every day for that to happen. Most people don't know this but the height of your container also contributes to how tall your plants grow. I lover deep pots, 18 inches or so

Yes. Let them bend into the ceiling, place supports around it as it may get top heavy. Attach the supports to the ceiling. Only string, nothing solid like steel cable could injure the plant. Strengthen your lights at the top and be even more careful not to burn your ceiling. Fan blowing up there! If you havent theown into flowering yet there's no hope for your plant to not fall over and if it does not go hermie if you left in veg till it hit the ceiling, i will be amazed, it will be some kind of miracle

Is this to close, I just lowered my light 21 inches away the lights are not on full power I have the mars hydro 2000. I want to avoid the hermaphrodite plant.

Look at my pic. I dealt with mibe touching the ceiling by partial supercropping at least 1 foot before it hit the ceiling. But I only did that with 1 kong. Luckily it only made 2 balls in ifs whole life and just after the super cropping and on the same branch. I say partial supercropping because I only did it to 1-2 branches at a time, meaning, letting them repaire and grow back up. Either way your plant wilk bend itself when it touches ceiling or you can do it ahead of time. You dont fully break the branch, you bend until there is a partial kink, no further!

I cannot see where your lights are and what kind of lights are you using. With leds no more than 100w true watts or cfls that are no more than 23w, leaves can be as close as 1 inch. 3-4 inch is a good starting point, too far and your plant will grow as unhealthy as heat stress

Hydroponic is best, let the roots flop into a container of water and nutes, but its more work to set up and since most people in a rush to harvest, will not make much difference in yield. My plants get as big as the nicest hydro I've seen online in around 3 months. The biggest mistake many growers make is soil compaction and not vreaking it up before use. I litterally lay out my soil in very small clumps, abd hardly press it down. Checking your soil dampness can lead to some compaction, so can watering too hard

Yo, I took some better pictures for you. I meant that my plants are touching slightly. The environment seems ok, but the plants are touching that's what I'm worried about, if that could turn them hermaphrodite when the go into flower? The light is 23 inches from the plant now.

If your sprouting in it, probably don't need to feed like wattzup said.. I run rooted clones usually and i gradually increase ferts to get them ragin. Seeds you'll be okay for weeks.
Same I feed nutrients after one week transplanting rooted clones FFOF by it self with Mykos & Azos and Watered with Compost Tea dilute and 6.0 pH
