How long do you veg using soil? Do they keep growing in Flower?

The thumbnail is supposedly veg for 3 weeks then flower for 8 weeks. I have been vegging longer than I should to get plants taller. I may go to SCROG and also some form of hydro.

Do they keep growing taller in flower? It seems like some do and some do not. They usually will fill out in flower. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Yes most strains will stretch the first couple weeks when put into flower. Indica's will usually stretch less than Sativa's.

From my experience. The plant will double in height when you switch to flower. If it is 2 feet tall in veg, it will be 4 feet by the time its ready to pull. Sativa's are known to stretch quite a bit

agreed they can easily double or triple in size once switched into Flower. enjoy!

I veg 4 weeks or 5 , small plants = small amount of bud,

Unless you have alot of little plants to make up for he longer veg time

I don't even pay attention to veg times, whenever they're big enough to go into the flowering cabinet. Low light intensity will help make them stretch in veg.
