If you have a loupe with a light turn that on, flash off. Flash will make them all look white and shiny. One of the pictures shows well and leads me to believe you are very close. But I would never say for sure unless I could see with my own eyes or a very well taken picture of a few different buds and areas

When checking trichomes you will want to try and do it under regular light. Make sure you’re checking the buds. Looking for amber. What percentage would estimate are amber?

I've been on a search for a easier way to get a close look at trichomes. A jewelers loupe is cool but my hands shake to much to get a solid look nor does it take pics. A USB microscope is cool if I take a bud off to look at close but again my hand shakes to much to get great pics while looking...
