How long do the clone roots have to be? From bubble cloner to soil

My 1st attempt at cloning is looking to be a success... a $15 DIY bubble cloner rooted all my cuttings in about 5-6 days.
Each clone has like 15 to 20 1/3'' root growths... should i transplant into soil now or wait till they get to like 1/2''?

Sorry man I didn't mean to rip into you, but you gotta think of it some ppl clone directly in moist dirt from stems with zero roots, the more roots your starting with the better your odds.

its difficult to plant a clone in soil with barely any roots. Let the roots grow and mature enough before planting. Less stunting and easier transition
