how long do i spray/fog for

just been reading a artical about makeing a aeroponic setup. heres the link

i have one question about spray/mist times?? i am thinking of building one and am confused as to how long to mist and how many times a day??? it will be on a timer and these things dont do seconds just minutes ect, any one got good advice and tips on this as it really is startin to wet my appetite as so to speak. + rep for the best answaer

Im using the aquamist 1 system and im spraying 15 min on 45 min off. I just started using this system tho so im by no means a pro. I might be wrong but the few people I talked to said this is a very standard time for spraying in a system like this. GL with your grow!

thanks for that, it seems that this is the only way with the segment timer, although i have just brought a digital one and gunna try it to see what the minium time is. just priced every thing up and could do a ten plant grow with 3" pots at a total cost of £55.
is your grow doing ok since its your first time with aeroponics
