How long can plants go without co2?

tldr, just my two cents. the sealed room i built has an extra vent with a damper on it that sucks air out of the room for an hour when lights turn off to exchange all the air and give the dehu a rest when the a/c slows down. i dont use tanks i have a natural gas burner but if i did and this happened to me i would just let that fan on a timer run 24/7 instead to exchange the co2 while i wait for a tank refill. my thoughts are if this is going to happen often in the future due to delays with getting another tank why not add this feature to your sealed room all it would cost is a 4” fan and a carbon filter connected to outside the building it would turn your sealed room into a vacuum whenever needed.

I have the same sort of setup, a small exhaust fan in case of emergencys. I run tanks so I don't vent after lights off. My only issue is I still need to hook a filter up to stop smell if I use the exhaust
