How long before i can put under HID from Cfl's?

My question is when can i put my seedlings from the 5x 24w (6500k) cfl's to go under the 1000w MH? They are all about 2" and just growing the first set of true leaves. I know its to early at the moment but wondered when would be the right time

I would switch them once the 4th or 5th node is showing. Just be sure they are at least 48 inches from the HID and allow them to grow too the light.......
