It is popular to root cuttings under low to moderate wattage cfls.
It is popular to veg under high wattage mh hid lighting.
it seems less popular to root cuttings under hid lighting.
Does this help?

There is no specific times at all as every pretty lady has her own standards. Sounds like you know what you are doing so just remember, the longer you let her veg again the more bud you will get in the end. I always let mine go until they bush out again after cutting, this is ideal for yield however takes a LONG time. Good luck, post pics of your buds please!

Depends on how many you take. You can easily pull clones from a plant before or even just after you flip them to 12/12. If you are stripping that girl down, you will want to let it recover a bit, but if you are only taking a handful of cuttings from an already bushy mom, you could flip any time. If you are removing 25% of the branches for clones, you will want to give it some time to recover.
