How late is too late?

Hello fine folks! I’m running into a space clusterfuck that i wish (read: should have) I had seen coming. I’m in Atlantic Canada and am just not sure if I can move a plant in veg from inside to outside at this point (start of second week of august) and have her finish. Plant in question is a key lime pie x dosido cross (philosopher seeds, can’t recommend strongly enough) that’ll run 9-10 weeks inside and claims to finish early-mid October outside. Would it make a difference if I flipped her inside and then move out? Any feedback or questions appreciated! Couple photos of how she did for me inside last run - you’ll see why I hesitate to run the risk of wasting one of these beauties.

For sure, but it’s a weed with big, beautiful buds that will turn into big balls of mold pretty quick if it runs too long outside here.
