How late is too late?

Here's my dilemma, growing French Macaron which is supposed to be a 63 day flower. I'm currently at day 73 since first true flowers showed and am still only finding very few amber trichs. Most are cloudy though. The plants did suffer from heat stress for about 2 weeks mid flower until I was able to get a 2nd a/c. My question is how long past the breeders 63 days can I / should I let it go? My next round of plants are begging to be moved into flower.

Kind of what I expected to hear. It's just the next round is already a foot taller than I was wanting them to be. Another week or 2 and they'll be monsters. Maybe even too big for my grow space. Oh well, live and learn.

Perpetual grower problems; the struggle is real. One thing you can do to slow down your plants vegging on deck is reduce hours of light. Go to 15/9 for a week or so & then go to 14/10 or 13/9 which will trigger a preflower response. Helps reduce stretch and makes for bushy-ass plants. LST or even top the tallest branches to further slow upward growth.

They had some LST when they were young. I have 6 & 8 main branches and a few others that should reach the scrog net when they get moved into flower. I considered topping the taller branches but think that will make scrogging unruly.

Maybe some topping or similar in your vegg section?

You can also try to speed up your flower by going down to 9-10 hours light on.

Super Scrog. Get a net and weave it through.

Top pic is top of one branch . Bottom is whole plant. Expecting 10+ oz when dried and trimmed.
