How Large Should I Let My Girls Get in a One Gallon Pot? Pics Attached

How large should i let my girls get in a one gallon pot? I have 4 Wonder Women clones and the largest one is almost 10 inches. When should I move them to 2 or 3 gallon pots?
I'm hoping they start getting taller!! day 24 of veg

Rule of thumb is the roots are as big/bigger than the plant above surface, and that picture makes it easy to see that it is time to move em I'd say? But im just a noob~

It depends on the medium i believe,from what i heard coco or rockwool a 1gallon would be equal to 2-3gals?
I have seventy or so grapestomper cuts all in 1 gal pots with rockwool,they are huge bigger than my 2 gal dirt plants in every way.
If your goal is to transplant Id say 2-3weeks after being put in the 1gal they can be moved to larger pots.
