How is the best way to place a Tube

Hi whats the best way to place a tube ( from bottom to top or left to right)

i'm assuming you mean the light bulb and I know this is going to sound facetious but the best way is so most of the light hits the plants and nowhere else.

so a reflector is helpful (unless you have plants circling your light bulb).

i apologize if i misunderstood your question.

I have one Fluorescent T5 Tube allso 2 x 85w Big CFLS and 1 30w small CFL and 24w CFL
and im trying to find out the best place to put them all.
All the CFLS are right above the plant but the tube im not sure... where to put it...
so all the CFLS are at the top and the tube is across the plant .. but whats Better as ive seen people who have them from top to bottom..
please help thanks

like i said then - whichever way that throws the most light on your plants. it might be vertical/horizontal or sideways - whichever way works best is the best way - know what i mean?
