It would be hard to see how inaccurate those thc percentage claims are. Lots of variables come I to play. The website I've been into when I'm looking for seeds is seedman, and they usually have a thc range, eg: "name of the plant" has 17-21 % thc. We would have to conduct a study ourselves to determine whether or not it's an appropriate range or not.

And the first paragraph tells us that 10 labs did thc tests for 6 different cannabis strains and their results were different one from the other, so there might be quite an inaccuracy. Now this was made in 2011, maybe some more reliable methods have developed.
