i wish i could take credit but nope it actually was the cat.
Awesome plant, but im not using an Exhale bag, Mine is a DIY CO2 Generator. IE sugar,water,yeast.Yea- the exhale bags don’t work??

I wish it wasnt, I wish i could say my first top was that perfect, but no, sadly that was all the cat.U sure that was a cat?! That’s a perfecting topping at the perfect time lol

Yes- I was commenting on the poster who said that they are worthless- I have had good success using themAwesome plant, but im not using an Exhale bag, Mine is a DIY CO2 Generator. IE sugar, water, yeast.View attachment 5357090
nope new rule she gets locked out of the room when I open the tent lolLol
luckily the cat has your back lol I’d just make sure it doesn’t get in there again and munch your buds lol
I would Assume Uncle Jesse would know what a Sugar Wash Is lol. tho in this case, the nutrient for the yeast is actually Jacks Bloom Booster Fertlizer, so i dont think distilling it would be a good idea lmao. I was outta food grade yeast nutrient, and the jacks has nitrogen at 10% so Improvise, Adapt and overcome.Sounds like shine to me!
He didn't say they are worthless; he said the conditions need to be right for it to be worthwhile.Yes- I was commenting on the poster who said that they are worthless- I have had good success using them
C02=good results indoors
I read shitty and a financial waste- which is what a lot of people think. I say that they work- and adding C02 is generally a good thing for indoor growing- I believe that you will reap the benefits-He didn't say they are worthless; he said the conditions need to be right for it to be worthwhile.
Do you have sealed grow?I read shitty and a financial waste- which is what a lot of people think. I say that they work- and adding C02 is generally a good thing for indoor growing- I believe that you will reap the benefits-
I used them from the start and I had good success as a beginner so I keep using them.
Compared to what I was spending at the dispensary before I started growing my own- it is peanuts- the plants like it.
I also consistently finish in 8-9 weeks, only going 10 because it takes me time to harvest everything myself.
Here’s some greasy Dolato that I really enjoyed-

Dedicated room- not completely sealed but the meter is usually around 800 - sometimes up to 1200Do you have sealed grow?
I use co2 in my planted aquarium with good results, just cant see how that would be manageable in a tent.
mine isnt sealed but I also know that it might only be raising it 50 to 100 ppm, I am already growing in a basement with a funace and Hot water heater, both of which increase the CO2 levels in the basement by quite a bit, usually around 400ppm higher than the rest of the house.Do you have sealed grow?

What's your PPFD in flower?Dedicated room- not completely sealed but the meter is usually around 800 - sometimes up to 1200
No intake/exhaust- I am conditioning the environment
Do you have a CO2 meter? How did you determine that your basement is 400 ppm higher than the rest of the house but don't know the contribution of your CO2 apparatus?mine isnt sealed but I also know that it might only be raising it 50 to 100 ppm, I am already growing in a basement with a funace and Hot water heater, both of which increase the CO2 levels in the basement by quite a bit, usually around 400ppm higher than the rest of the house.
16 days old, looking healthy at least to my eyes, no signs of nute burn or defiency.Pretty Happy with how its going overall.Sounds over complicated for a first grow to me, honestly. Add too many components and it becomes more challenging to figure which is the problem when issues arise. It’s really simple to get amazing results. Too much meddling usually just messes things up. IMO. But whatever’s fun for you, certainly. Any updates?
No meter as of yet, I am basing that statement off other people who have done readings in a closed basement with a furance and hot water heater. True, no way to shut it off, but wasteful, not really I can always use the end product of the sugar wash, Either distilled as an antiseptic or fuel or if I get actual yeast nutrient, to drink as a sugar wine.Do you have a CO2 meter? I've dabbled with CO2 for a while, including a time with a similar yeast and sugar setup. While it worked ok, it's output is very inconsistent and was actually no cheaper than simply buying a CO2 tank. The other negative of the yeast/sugar method is there's no way to shut if off during the dark cycle, very wasteful.
By all means, keep it running as it will produce some CO2, but if you don't have an accurate CO2 meter, you're flying blind.
