How fast are hard cards coming now?

The state just cashed my check for renewal. I was just wondering how long I should be waiting. Hope it's not 3 months like last year.

The state is a lot quicker now, for my last two patients it took 5 weeks from check getting cashed. That was in July.

It's not nearly as slow as in the past... Probably a month or two tops.

my last card came in 13 days from the mail-in date. was extremely surprised.
latest patient it has been a few weeks and nothing yet, but am expecting it to be here within another week or 2.

Not sure if renewals are faster than new cards issued but I am still waiting for my card...sent the money order in with paperwork on october 2nd..have received absolutely nothing since.

renewals are prolly faster as u are in the system. they do background check on new cards remember. I wouldn't sweat it for at least 8-10+ wks based on how long cards took before... which was still hella lot longer than that.

yea mine was new at it was under 14 business days IIRC.
My paperwork went in on sept 17th
Check cashed on sept 24th
Card in hand early october i dont recall the exact date, but it was between 10 and 14 business days from the date the check was cashed

Don't think that is anything I can really do...looked at their site and it says if you have sent in paperwork in july or before and have not received card then call a number that is listed..If it is not here by Xmas I will start to worry.

One of our patients has been waiting 3 weeks now. Maybe 4.

Last year I got my card 4 months after it was issued. This renewal it was about a month.

5 months the first time, another person I know that recently sent everything in, had it within 3 weeks.

It looks like 1-2 weeks max now days, at least the state got something right.

2 weeks ha! I wish...43 days and counting still no card!...relax with the praise for the state until they get their shit together..probably the only program in the state that is actually turning a nice profit and they can't hire a couple more people and speed things up?

They sure cash that check fast though....

I have seen a dozen people get there cards in under 3 weeks, not sure why but some people are getting delayed a lot, It only took me 28 days to get my card and that was 3 months ago.. I know my caregiver card got lost and never came so you might be waiting for nothing, I'd call and have them re-send a new one if you don't see it within 30-40 days..

At least that makes it legal though, so not a bad thing I guess, but your right they sure know how to cash them fast.
