How far to keep full spectrum LED away from seedling/other question

Hey guys, Im growing an autoflower and have a few questions.

How far do you place a full spectrum LED away from a seedling. Its 180watts... I keep getting mixed answers on google :/

And is this spectrum okay for autoflowers?

well with 600w hps it 2 foot from it. but you i think 1.5ft will do fine but i dont like led due to the light it gives off is not good for the plants. remember the plant love SUN LIGHT!!!! not LED crap not got what they need.

Seedlings you wanna keep about 14 inches away. Im using 300w LEDs and i bleached mine, at 3 inches. 14 will allow it to keep a tight node space while mixing the different lights before it hits the plant. When it gets bigger, you wanna raise it to 18inches for growth. Im no pro, on first grow, but they look great and i made mistakes.
