How far to fill my scrog

Hey guys , so first time doing scrog and tbh I think it’s ok so far but I’m wondering to I just do my normall weeks in veg so 4 weeks , or do I have to fill out this scrog more? Some plants bigger than the other so take up more room do I wait for the other to catch up first ? Also when do I take off everything below the scrog before flower or just into flower ?

Looks good man. I'm about to try my hand at Scrogging as well. What I'm going to try is to train all of my tops towards the center of my lights as best I can.

I would strip out the bottom 1-2 weeks before you flip it to flower so it has time to recover from the stress and doesn’t waste energy growing under the canopy.

Sound ok mate , just on another website they saying I have my pots to close together and it’s all gna be in the middle now , what can I do about this u think

Don't start in the middle of the net , divide the net up by number of plants and start each In the middle of its own section.
Otherwise when you get stretch the outer part can be tucked and the inner part will have nowhere to go other than up giving you a canopy that's higher in the middle than the outer area defeating one of the benefits of scrog.

Knowing when to flip means knowing the strain and how much it will stretch so you know if you can flip at 70% full and fill with stretch or if you need to go later or earlier. So without knowing the strain (yourself) its guess work. Or better put trial and error.

It will be ok, maybe a bit crowded in the middle. I agree with Corey that normally starting more evenly spread out would be best. But at this point I would personally just ride it out and make it work since you already have been tucking and weaving.

I would just keep filling out the scrog until you've filled about 85% of your lights effective space then flip to flower, the plants will stretch the first two weeks and fill in the remaining 15% of the scrog. I agree try to space out the pots the best you can. Lift up the net, adjust the pots and take your time to retuck the branches how you like them.

Plants are looking good though!

@Thundercat. trying my first real SCrog. Know any tutorials I should look at. Can I tie the branches to the top of the screen or does it have to go underneath the screen?

In spreading out the branches to fill scrog I make branches stay under until there is a suitable square for it and whatever is under the screen will mostly be trimmed away. If woodier stems stay under the net they will push up on it later.

I don’t have any tutorials to suggest unfortunately.

Weaving the branches through the screen helps to hold them securely in place as the plant gets bigger and the buds start putting on weight. It adds support.

Trying to tie the branches to the top of the net sounds like a bunch of hassle to me. It’s really easy to weave stems as they grow.

Spacing the colas out evenly is more important; I found that holding up the buds on autos is not as necessary as when growing 6 foot tall plants, maybe it's the nutrients but the auto's shorter stems can hold much more weight. Leaving a branch nudging under the net will cause it lift a few inches after stretch.
