how far from harvest?

hey guys,
this is my first grow and im really not sure what to expect from my plants, im 6 weeks into flowering under CFL + flourescent tubes. From the pics below, how far from harvest am i? should i be flushing? should i be using molasses?

2 - 3 weeks i reckon... most flower times for plants is 8 week minumum

3 at least until harvest mine looked like that a while ago. Just wait it out

i have some hindu kush that are at 73 days right now. it's killing me.
