How far are they behind?

In a small PC box with kinda sub-par 18/6 CFL lighting (not enough cash for more), day 18, a more sativa pheno is like 8 inches tall, and a more indica pheno is about an inch shorter, both Diesel Ryder females. Half of them, clear stem, then after the seedling leaves, 3 nodes or so and about say 6-7 3 fingered leaves, some of which are starting to get fingers 4 and 5. Been on some soiltabs for the last week or so, Nirvana Flowertabs freshly buried in the dirt near each lady today. The stems are still a bit flimsy and not quite woody (there were plans to LST to allow for longer green, delayed for now) and there's no obvious sign of sex yet. So an estimation of how far behind they are is needed, to help indicate how much longer than the ideal conditions 60 something day grow time the whole thing will take. So give me some 411 please? :D

A photo would help.
But if your running clf's and it's almost 8 inches tall on day 18 with only 3 nodes, I wanna say your getting a lot of stretch. What wattage and kalvin rating are you running for your clf's?

About 30W/girl (I know it's 80 minimum...), 2700K's - financial reasons for low wattage and no 6500K's. Can't provide a photo right now, though there will be some photos next week or so if growth is still far behind. But from the info here, can you give like a percentage - for instance I'm thinking things are about 25% slower so the outcome is 80 something days till cutdown?

30 watts per plant is no where near what you should have to get a healthly bushy plant. You need 6500k for veggin because the blue spectrum of light promotes better growth and 2700k red spectrum for flowering. You can add couple of each kind in each stage but its better to have mostly 6500k for veg, and 2700k for flower. You should have a MINIMUM of 3000 lumens per plant to get a decent growth. Photos of your setup would help. If you dont get more lights then yes would will waiting at least 80 days for it to be done. Also it will be airy bud and not dense and youll only get acouple grams. Generally MORE LUMENS = MORE BUDS

Aight thank you very much for pointing out the issue, I was thinkin the lights must be the reason. There's been a bulb that burned out when I first turned it on at day 1, obviously this wasn't planned. Well the next attempt at 1st dineros comin in will be having all 3 slots filled with 26W CFL, and since veg's at least halfway through, it'll prolly be one 6.5 and two 2.7's. Oh and that ziploc in your avatar is makin my day lol

yeah if you don't have money for a lot of light you want to prop the plant up so it's less than an inch from the CFL.

you always want the plant t o be really close to CFL's, more penetration..... so keep them really close to the CFL... that's it...
