If that blurple board is pulling 265, it definitely doesn’t have the PPFD of a 1500w. That said, the 400w plus all that should be somewhat sufficient. What’s your light signature? Your time cycle. Otherwise, it looks like a Sativa dominant hybrid, so maybe it’s that.

On at 6 at night off at 6 I'm there almost Everytime so I can make sure like you said i think it's the sativa all the trichomes are clear

Sativas often need a slightly longer dark period to signal flowering. Ethylene (female flowering hormone) is released during the dark period and triggers flowering upon building up to a critical level after a certain number of days below the threshold of the photoperiod

Yeah, might stress it out a bit too much. I doubt it would do so after a single day, but that’s one way people used to induce herming. Erratic light cycles that make it think it’s running out of time.
