Which advanced nutrients would be a best base for soil ?
no bottled nutes for soil, if you want to use actual soil, go organic, if you want to use bottled nutes, they work best in soiless mediumsWhich advanced nutrients would be a best base for soil ?
Ok. I spent $640.00 on dry nutrients two years ago and I've used less than half of it. I average three 100 gallon nutrient solution changeouts a week, for usage reference.I have been an advanced Nutes user for some time.. And it is WAY expensive. So what I have included here is a cost analysis of using Advanced nutes through an entire grow.
Using the recomended dosage from Advanced website Nutrient calculator and selecting Master grower check out the numbers. They shocked me.....
The following are totals for entre grow, (to see a by week by break down see excel spread sheet)
These numbers reflect 12 plants given 1 gallon of nute treated PH adjusted water once a week each, and PH adjusted water in between feedings

DAMN STRAIGHT! If you ever get tired of weird dyes and weirder sand in your mix, try the same stuff fromDamn $740 dollars for nutes on a single grow?!? I spend about $730 less than that per grow possibly less and I've tried hydro nutes can't tell a difference with good, old, trusty Jacks Classic has all the same macro and micro nutes it's just a fucking plant nobody goes spending hundreds on a tomato grow and they grow some mighty fine tomato's.
Advanced Nutrients can "get expensive" but it doesnt need to be. Commin misconception is that they are expensive which is true if you are comparing it to powdered nutrients or cheap synthetic fertilizers like DynaGro or Cutting Edge.I have been an advanced Nutes user for some time.. And it is WAY expensive. So what I have included here is a cost analysis of using Advanced nutes through an entire grow.

When I run AN I grab a gallon of bases. Gallon of Voodoo and the Litre of the other additives thats enough for 3-4 Lights usually with some bases left over. For 3-4 Lights its going to cost around 500-600$how many plants will that 740 feed?
AN has an all organic line. And most of their other bases and additives are a proprietary blend of organics and synthetics. Ou really need both to get the flavors, quality and yields. Thats why I do not run straight synthetic lab made salts. They just dont come out as good at all. You get great yields but subpar quality and its very noticeable difference IMHO. I can tell right off the bat if someone use synthetics and I can tell if someone flushed and how long they flushed for roughly from smoking it and smelling it. But thats year and years of experiencing average users who dont grow probably cant tell.no bottled nutes for soil, if you want to use actual soil, go organic, if you want to use bottled nutes, they work best in soiless mediums

Ive been running Heavy 16 nutes in vermafire soil and I am extremely pleased with the results so far!
Its a great company, check them out!
They dont have any certificates on their labels they just use organic derived nutrients in their products. They arent omri certified they dont claim to be. They just have an all organic line but they still do use some synthetics in their blends because they understand to get high yields you need to use synthetics. Same as Vegamatrix which is a veganic organic line that still uses 5-10% synthetic nutrients and additives so you can get the yields we all desire. You mean AN paid for an organic cert right?
If you wanna push your plants and get serious results than dump the FF Ocean Forest, and go to soilless mix. Either Promix, Sunshine or Roots Organics B2. I like Sunshine Adv #4 and B2 myself, coco/peat blend, and mix your own nutrients.Alright I'm using fox farm ocean forest and I want to use nutrients to push my plants potential as I think it can do a lot better I'm about a month in from clones and they look great I'm just playing around with what room I got so I want them growing if they can grow! Lol any advice on what I should be feeding them in soil or is it best to just let them grow as is?im trying to lst on this one does it look good lol View attachment 3455781 View attachment 3455783 and this one I transplanted a few hours ago into a 7gal bag.i wanted to pull some fan leafs off to give light to the bottom branches bt would that be a bad move?
just because it comes in a bottle that says it's organic, does not make it so, it is derived from organic materials, but any real organic soil does not have anything from a bottle in it.AN has an all organic line.
