ok so i got my plants thats be livin outside since spring and its not showing any signs of flowering. its about 4 months old how much longer till i can smoke my plant?here is a pic of it today 
how does she look?

about two to 4 weeks I would say .. really depends where you live

i'm relatively new here but know the basics. if you keep it outside it won't flower until the fall. if you bring it inside under the right lights (see FAQ) on a 12hr on/12 hr off cycle you will produce buds in 4 to 6 weeks. then you need another month of drying and curing if you want your stuff to taste good.

very nice lookin sativa..i would keep her outside for 12 hours lets say from 7am to 7pm and rest of the time inside in a completely dark place. doing so you will induce flowering but its gonna take more than 4 weeks to harvest. id say rather 8..

yeah its huge but i cant take it inside its rooted hella deep.

if you cant take it outside you have to wait for flowering to be induced naturally. you need to be careful about ur early frost though..

i dont think its gonna frost anytime soon its like 93 degrees and the sun comes up at 6:30 and sets at 7:15 so its gettin close
