How does she look good or bad? New growth look good?

actually for a small plant like that it should be in a smaller pot......stages of pot size, cup, 1 gal, 3 gal, 5gal......a person can stop at 3gal if they want too....if it's an auto it really doesn't matter.....i like using 3gal for them...
 
You can still save her I think but maybe you need a fabric pot take off the foil don't chop it anymore for a good while and let it dry our between waterings at least she's still green

LST training ( carefully) and allow mids and lowers ( whats left ) to move vertical and break the typical tree shape.

Use tinfoil on your bologna sammich. Not on your plant.
