sulfur burner works... you have to do 6-8 hr once a week if you have pm...a 4 hr burn once a week for prevention

aaaaahhhhh the smell of rotten egg

get a dehum and lots of air movement

Thank you colonuggs (plus rep for ya) i have 2 de humidifiers and 2 occulating fans going right now but humidity is high here right now. so you think the 2 hr burn was not enough? the hydro store said 2 hrs every other day for 1 wk then 2 hrs once a week.

I have been battling pm for yrs....Friend of mine recomended I try some pro-tekt...its a silicone base nutrient... you add 5 ml to a gallon of water

Im trying it on one plant.. one strain in particular... that gets pm late in flower in hiden areas of the buds...so far no pm

I sprayed the plant once with the protekt and greencure at onset..... everytime I water I use protech in the water

Add the pro-tekt to the water before adding any other fertilizer

DYNA-GRO’S Pro-TeKt formula is a liquid concentrate that provides supplemental potassium and silicon. Research proves that plants benefit in many important ways from supplemental soluble silicon. These benifits include cold, drought, excessive heat and other deficienies. Tests prove accellerated root development on cuttings and improved resistance to insects and fungi

when using Pro-TeKt it acts as a barrier against penetration of fungal hyphae from powdery mildew and black spots also In some plants, foliar applications appear to lead to even lower rates of disease. Silicon, taken up by the plant via the roots, is moved to old leaves first, whereas fungal infections tend to attack the new growth first.

Research has shown that silicon benefits plants in the following ways: improved resistance to wilt, resistance to water stress (heat and drought), enhanced leaf presentation resulting in improved light interception, enhanced reproductive growth, and increased tolerance of zinc deficiencies, cold temperatures, excessive phosphorus, manganese, sodium and aluminum concentrations. Silicon, deposited in the cell walls, forms a protective layer reducing transpiration through the outer cells.
