How do you transplant clones to rockwool cube?

Hi, I'm using an Aerogadren as a cloner. Now I have seedlings and want to transplant them to my bigger ebb and flow system.

How do you transplant a clone/seedling to a rockwool cube?

The root is like 5 inches long now, so do I just shove the root into the rockwool cube hole? The root has grown through the sponge type thing the AG comes with. Maybe I can just keep the root in the sponge thing and put the whole sponge thing into a big rockwool cube?

WAT UP DUDE WELL WAT I WOULD DO IS GET FIRST OF ALL 1 INCH ROCK WOOL CUBES SOAK THEM FOR 24 HOURS IN PH'D WATER THEN INSTEAD OF PUSHING YOUR ROOTS IN THERE AND RISK DAMAGING THEM SPLIT THE ROCK WOOL CUBE OPEN AND FIT YOUR ROOTS IN SNUGLEY THEN TIE SOMTHING ROUND THE OUTSIDE TO HOLD TOGETHER AFTER U DO THIS THEN LET YOUR ROOTS GROW FOR A FEW DAYS TO THE OUT SIDE OF THE 1 INCHERS THEN ONCE ROOTS SHOW TRANSPLANT THE ONE INCH CUBES TO 4 INCH CUBES
