i think all the methods have been presented to u in a few different posts but ill post em all, other than topping and fimming, theres LST(low stress training), supercropping, SCROG, im sure theres others but thats just what i can give u offhand, iv nvr used the scrog method but many ppl have had great success with this method, look it up and give it a shot, im consitering it one of these times, to late this year
