How Do You Make a Mother

I dont know alot about growing.
I am having trouble on finding info on how to make a mother.
I just need to know the steps involved with picking one and maintaining it.

I would also like to know how many clones I can make from a mother at one time and how often I can make cuttings,


and...... Can posts on this site be tied to me in n e way?

Ill nail the posts question since Im no expert on mothers/ cloning.

ANYTHING you do on the computer can be traced to you... if there is a hacker set on you... but truthfully... would all of us be on here if they could?

Now if you are growing in your backyard and stuff and you want to claim inoccence to it, I would suggest taking this out of your favorites and URL thingy... haha

a mother is a plant that is continually kept in a grow light cycle so that way it never buds, if it is a female plant then all its clones will be fem. On how many clones depends on the plant. I do 4 clones every 2 months. 2 separate rooms are needed for this method , grow 20/4 and flowering 12/12

How to make a mother - just grow a plant then cut the tops off it after about 4-6 weeks then once the clones have rooted either flower the lot or keep the "mother" (plant you took cuttings from) in the veg state and only flower the clones...its THAT simple!

I can't see it being that simple.
if I needed 120 clones a cycle for ex. how many mothers would I need?
or if I needed 275 at a time?

if you had that many you wouldnt mind lending me one then eh? haha holy shit... just start off with like 3 or 4 till ya get the hang of it...

why the hell do u need 200+ clones at a time...

you are mental?


grow a female grow it constantly in veg, take cuttings, root them, and put them into flower to have a good sea of green going and have diff sections of your flower room so u can harvest like every 3-4 weeks or something

but make sure u have a good strain before u do shitty clones of a plant lol

and have been flowering for 40 days,
am I to late for mothers if not how would I go about making some to fill over 100 pots

To answer the question, I would guess that each mother would put out about 6 - 10 clones every 2 months, just a guess though

Pretty much,
I was having trouble paying off my mortgage so me and a friend converted a large room and dedicated it to growing.

I have a few lights @ 1000w and about 100 pots
I have another room that I wanted to use for cloning.

We managed to get our hands on 100 clones for about $10 each. It was a painful process and I don';t want to go through it again.

So growing up until this point has been ez.
I just water and raise the lights.
My crop is looking good.

But now we need mothers to make the next bunch.
I have some eZ CLONER120 that my friend picked up off craigslist for abut $350.

I can wait a little while in the process of making the clones. but I need to make them somehow and I have no Idea where to start/:confused::confused::confused:

haha Its rather simple dude... just take 2 or 3 off each plant... use your other room as a veg room, and keep one as a flowering room... the one they are in now use as a flowering room.

Take clones and start vegging right away, soon as you do that, start flowering your mothers.

Once you harvest the mothers, take the clones into the flowering room, take clones off them, put those clones into vegging... put the clones in the flowering room into flowering... get the cycle?

save all your clippings for hash... it sells well and its fun to smoke =)

You should send me a clone bro! I need one real bad... haha

So I am going to go home.
look at my plants and start taking cuttings off them, even though they are 10 days away from harvest.
I am going to put these cuttings into the e z cloner.

with this method you dont even need to keep mothers... just keep them going in a cycle... If you read earlier on, when you take a clone from a plant that is already into harvesting, you need to clip the buds off of the clippings so they wont rot, and make sure once you put the new clones into veg you must try change them from flowering into vegging again... this can be tricky... I trust that you already have them in 12/12. so to change them back all you need to do is switch the timer for the newly cut clones (with the buds clipped off) to 18/6 or 20/4 or 24/0.

I would read about cloning alot more if I were you tho... but if you follow all this you should get acouple pounds every couple months/weeks....
