Well see personally i dont like them to big, id rather see em to small then to big. Cause really, i am aginst boob jobs, first because my mom got about 4 boob jobs and turned me aginst big boobs, second cause i like em nice and natural. She could possibly have some trouble. I read about it.
The baby would have to draw the nipple out to feed, some say it was very painful at first.

But other than that, its totally possible to breastfeed with inverted or flat nipples. May be
a bit more challenging, but definitely possible.
