Im thinking about going DWC for my mothers so i can get 20 or so clones per mother every 2 months..... I should only have one, MAYBE 2 mothers so DWC seems wise to me. ...IM curious how everyone else keeps there mothers

the bes i beluieve is a 250 MH. because 400 or 600 will cause real fast growth , having to prune it real reg. 250 medial growth ,not rooting out your mediums to fas,R.

Well my White widow doesnt seem to want to grow that fast....

But then again what do i have to worry about. Im waiting 1 1/2-2 months just for cuttings, so i should be ok..

Quick question: what size pots do you keep your mothers in?.... the 8" pots i have mine in now are for sure too small. ... im thinking 2 gallon pots maybe? 12"?

I think a nice 5-10 gallon dutch pot system would be lovely for a mother plant (you'll want tons of room for roots especially if you keep this plant for more than a year). DWC if not maintained nicely could root rot the shit out of your mother plants. I also could see it being a pain in the ass to change the water on a system like that with a monster plant vegging.

You could do a bitchen dutch pot system for less than 50 bucks (that includes pump, res, and pots price). HOW TO BUILD It's a really simple construction and you have a nice little bit of water in each pot to keep your plants nice and healthy should anything happen to the pump.
