how do you hang your lights?

I screwed a wire into the ceiling and my light later fell down so now I need a new method.

how about try screwing that wire into a 2X4 instead of the drywall?.......... lol

lol yeah bro, try to find the studs in the wall, or get a decent screw/anchor combo. Your light should not weigh that much.. Just be careful and use common sense

I screwed a sheet of 1/2 inch plywood to my ceiling so I can put my hooks exactly where I need them. I also painted it flat white along with the rest of the room. I use Sunrise HI low reflector hangers, and since I'm using a light weight reflector I needed to add a little weight to the reflector so the hangers work properly.

Find a stud, screw a small piece of 2x3 or 2x4 onto the celling studs and hang it to it.
