How do you get bud flavored?

Hello All,

I am wondering how I could flavor my Marijuana WHILE I'm growing.

Would me using Banana extract in my reservoir flavor my plants with Banana?

Basically, what makes BlueBerry Haze blueberry?

i think the blueberry gets its flavor naturally, i dunno if i would add anything to the reservoir, i have heard of ppl throwing an orange peel in when they are curing and it gives a slight orange taste but i have never tried it myself

i forget the word that gives it flavor and am to lazy to look its something like terpins or something along that order but at any rate no you cant get flav in threw the roots. now what you can do and i havent tried it at harvest cut that stalk and put it in a glass of extract and will suck it up kinda like in first grade when you turned celery red or what ever color they were using but as far as smoked taste i cant vouch for how it will turn out

What's wrong with the natural flavor? Personally that's much of what I love about herb. If someone came at me with artificially flavored bud I think I would pass.

If it aint broke don't fix it right? But I saw some stuff at the smoke shop that you drip on your bowl and it flavors it, like 30 different flavors. Not my steez but I'm sure the kids eat that shit up.

Adding extracts does not translate to the bud incorporating the flavors or scents of that extract. While we did do the "red celery stalk" thing in first grade, that's the stalk. i just don't see bud tissue incorporating complex mixtures of aromatics (i.e., vanilla).

Ive read and even tried this .... but beware i only tried with citrus fruit.
ok 1st cut a orange in half then cut the orange out so that its just the skin left
2nd place the skin on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes on 300
3rd cut the orange peel into strip
4th place the strips into a stocking or cheese cloth
5th get a curing jar and place the stocking into it but dont allow the peels to touch ur bud use string to tie it close to the top of the container cause if not this will cause mold
6th open every 5 days to allow fresh air in ....
the citrus oil is what gives the bud a flovor that ull never forget
there is a thread about this .

Use google and in the search type in flavoring marijuana during curing and there should be a site called cannabis culture forums that will tell u exactly how to go adding even more flavor to ur already flavor strains and regular mid grade smoke... and yes im loyal to RIU but ive used this site like a few years ago

Inless your doing this after harvest i would not try this it can cause easier mold build up.Its just like my thread how to change color i found an article https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/315648-interesting-article-bud-color-change.html and it explains flavor also but like stated in the article it will not add potency or anything if anything will DECREASE and nobody wants that its more or less bag appeal. but try BUD CANDY advanced nutrients add a wonderful cotton candy taste to it and makes your plants so sticky my buddy introduced this to me and he actually threw a bud and STUCK TO THE WALL.

AGREED just like he says i love the purpose of tryin diff strains to acheive different taste dont mess wit the genetics if u like fruity stick wit bubblegum if u want pine flavor stick wit your Piny sents if u want banannas go eat a bannan lol
