LST is 'Low Stress Training'. Things like tying branches down to spread out the canopy, tucking leaves under other parts of the plant etc. Essentially, it's non-destructive manipulation of the plant to make it grow in the shape you want.

Ok. I saw some youtube guys talking about getting auto/photo mixed up. They claimed it was their fault for grabbing the wrong seed. Who knows? Different seedbank tho.

Ya they do. Not sure why. Just cause you watch it doesn't mean you need to follow it. Same thing here. If some joker is giving out bad advice, you don't have to take it. You pick and choose which things sound logical to you then test. I've been watching Bill Ward for his plant training techniques. He sure looks like he knows what hes doing.

Sometimes you have to force the flowering yourself with autoflower even though they're ment to do it themselves

You said they aren't flowering so if you bought autos, then you most likely have photoperiod.
That would make it photo period
