How do you know half your seeds are “mother” plants? Which I assume you mean feminized.

If they’re not autos flip the light cycle to 12 hours on and 12 hours off

Sorry just noticed the bad autocorrect in my original post. They are autoflowers , guaranteed feminized seeds but 7 of my 17 plants are bushier and are not budding with only 3 weeks left to the life cycle of my auto flowers . This has never happened to be before

Without pics we won’t be much help. Sometimes abundance of nitrogen will delay flower and make the plants get very tall.

they all receive the exact same soil and treatment . The ones not flowering all look like the one pictured

Sounds like you got a bunch of photo period seeds mixed in with the autos. Do you have pictures of the other plants that are flowering that you started at the same time as the ones that aren't?

There is suppose to be two kinds pineapple Express and blue dream .. but all the non flowering plants look the same and are labeled from different seed packs I purchased

If you chop those in 3 weeks, you wasted your money on seeds. You've got much longer to go
Well I wont chop them until they are ready but the calendar says 3-4 weeks. Just in comparison to the other 7 without buds ... I dont even see any signs of buds starting

I would treat the others as photoperiod. I agree those in flower have 4+ weeks to go. The breeder always underestimates. But look good! May want to LST next grow
