Well, keep in mind that plants tend to double to triple in size during flowering. So if you have hight limitations, your really want to grow an indica or indica dominant strain, unless you are a wiz at pruning and training. Sativas are going to be very tall and take a much longer time to finish flowering. Since I have hight limitations myself, I like to flower somewhere around the 12 to 16 inch range and I end up with plants that are approx. 3 feet tall. And the yields will range from 1-4 oz's per plant depending on the strain.

Pick the right strain that doesn't have a tendency to grow to ttall. Then hit them with phosphoload in week three or four of flowering..... expensive, but it stops most verticle growth and puts the energy into buds....builds heavy big buds when done right...
