These seeds poked through the soil 2 days ago and man did they stretch so I put them under a 300w 11 spectrum LED light. Is 300w too much? IDK ive never used LED before. The temps are around 75-81. IS that too hot? Plus theres a seedling that grew but it looks like the top is snapped in half and it did it grew like this from the beginning. Should I toss it or just leave it. Its still getting taller but the top looks like its snapped in half. I have faith it may come back but whos knows.

I'd leave them under something a bit softer like some t-5's maybe. Seedlings look good, they shoot up really fast once germinated, but will slow where they're at now while rooting starts and leaves form.

Bro get your light as close as possible. I had my 400w cmh 1ft from my seedlings as soon as the popped up. Jus manage temps. If they get to leggy they will bend in half and die. Closer the light, closer the nodes! Hurry, almost looks to late from here..

Im not to familiar with LED lights and growing with them, but typically seedling stretch is due to one of two things:
-The lights are too far from the plant
-The lights/lamp being used is an incorrect/ inefficient spectrum for that stage of growth
What I recommend is either lower the lights, if that's not the issue then change your lighting to:
-Metal Halide, or
-soft/cool white fluorescents such as t8, t12
