How do the dispensaries in Vermont work?

I am a Medical Patient in California, and I am traveling to New Hampshire. Does Vermont have dispensaries like California? Will my California Recomendation work in other states that have MMJ laws? I have not tried this yet and was just currious. Any info would be much appreciated.

Your California recommendation has no validity in Vermont. You will need a state ID from Vermont, as well as a recommendation from a doctor who is licensed in Vermont- in order to have access to MMJ in Vermont.
