PC/laptop Web Browser:

Click on your username up at the top-right of the page (close to Search), click on "Your Account", then on the left hand side of the resulting page, scroll down to "Signature".

In the Rules and FAQ, it states "Signature **note if you are a new user to riu you will be unable to change your signature until you are established as a member this can take time** This is where you have the ability to upload a signature".

You'll gain this (and other) abilities after you get some "Reactions" (Likes etc).
