ive just had a mooch and everyone says use sparingly ! its a high nitrogen additive

don't use it. its miracle gro.. they don't real make their frets to be used with stuff thats gonna be consumed go to your local hydro shop and get some real soil and additives... if u dont have a local hydrostore order off the internets 1000s you will already be 15 steps further than using MG.. I'm not trying to bash you or your stuff but miracle bro is not for Cannabis.. Fox Farms is..

How big are your pots? You'll be fine with that, don't worry. I just need to know the pot diameter before I can answer.

Not true at all, blood meal is pretty much blood meal. If you are in veg just sprinkle about a 1/2 teaspoon on the top of your soil and when you water it will do it's thing. Not dissing you G13 but blood meal does not fall into the other MG crap and it works fine, by the way as far as consumables go it is used in vegetable gardesn quite alot.

NO, you're fine. I was gonna recommend that very dosage. Just sprinkle it around the plant (Top Dress). Don't let anyone tell you that the MG Blood Meal isn't any good. You're fine with it.

What would YOU recommend? It isn't necessary to spend hundreds to grow pot, contrary to popular belief. Just because it isn't scientifically designed for MJ doesn't mean shit. You don't need Advanced, Dutch Master, or FF to grow pot. I can grow some weed that will put you OUT for under $40 in nutes a grow, and thats a good sized grow (20+ plants).

I don't know where you got your info, but you really ought not to say anything about that which you know nothing. You know what the Nute companies told you, thats all. I mix my own soils, make my own nutes (pretty much), and will put my girls up against about anybodys.

These poor guys are out there trying to do the best with what they have to work with. Let's help them, not give false info.

Mg products are fine. I'm on my first grow, and couldn't be happier with the results I am getting with mg. I would just flush towards the end of flowering, and you'll b OK.

You'll be o.k. just take it easy. I prefer Bone meal during flower it has a lower nitrogen content but it is high in Phosphorus and has plenty of calcium for cell structure both lend to better flowering.

If you're gonna stick with soil, and I highly suggest you do, you'll want to take a look at organics. Theres a lot of info here on the boards. PM me and I can give you some info on some really good "pre-packaged" nutes that won't cost you more than your lights did. In MY opinion, there is nothing better than organic Kind Bud.

You'll wanna use that when you go to flower. You can top dress it, same deal. about a tbsp or 2 around the plant and scratch it into the first inch or so. I'd do it right around the time you actually flip the light cycle, as bone meal is pretty slow release.
I see the blood meal you got to boost the N, but what is the mainstay nute you are using?

i have some bone and blood meal that i bought like last year, and was wondering about using it with some worm castings to make a tea with instead of top dressing with it the way that everyone here is saying to use it..
how would it work in a tea instead of top dressing it?? any thoughts or suggestions??

It would work fine. WC Teas are the shit (Literally) in both flower and veg. In veg, you can use it as a foliar spray. Foliar feeding is very underrated, Google foliar feeding and organic teas. I've never used bone meal as a tea, but hell, it cant hurt to try it. Great info doesn't have to come from a grow site like this. Plants are plants. There are MANY great informative gardening sites and blogs out there. Read up!!
