How do I use this light hanger? HELP!

It came with my light but had no instructions

View attachment 1240004I don't know why there are two different small hooks or what the rubber nipples are for i need to hang it in a grow tent it has metal rods on the ceiling.

i cant believe im saying this , but you screw the screw into the hole my friend.

Hey I'll give you a hint with those rubber nipples. They go on the bottom of your ballast, like rubber feet.
