Yes the PH kit usually comes with a small bottle of Up and Down. It won't be 100% accurate but it'll keep it in a good range. What happens if the PH is to low/high depends, but usually causes nutrient lock out.

6.5 is the sweet spot for soil.

Its doa not Usda.

Also ph has no place in organics. If you build a soil there will be plenty of natural ph buffers and regulators the soil like worm casfings, compost, coco, crab meal, oyster shell flour, gypsum etc....

If you build a healthy soil there is no reason for "nutes"!
