How do I tell if it's male or female?

Its really easy to tell bro, once they show their sex the females will have small white hairs growing out of various locations of the plant, males will grow clusters of what look like green grapes. inside those grapes are banana looking pollen sacks colored yellow. The effect they have together is a large one. the pollen is released and then the females stop growing bud and start making seeds. You want to get rid of the males before they shed pollen.

mmm but that dosent affect anything in a veg room correct? only for flowering?

If your males spread pollen, even if the females are still in veg there is a good chance that leftover pollen still clinging to the females will pollinate them once they flower.
