well first, we need to see more information. Like what youre growing in. Soil or Hydro?
Alot of time questions like this can be found in the grow faq, A mysterious yet useful took located in the top left of the menu bar. There amongst many other written techniques is a shitload of wisdom passed down from generation to generation so growers like yourself can gaze upon and open your mind.:joint:

For Hydro you can use lemon juice. try about 3ml for 5 gallons. to raise it just add some more of your high ph H20

for a gallon of water probably like 6 drops or more, if that lowers it too much after testing again just add more water

You will find it for around 8 dollars for a 8 oz bottle when you can get a 32oz bottle of lemon juice for 3 dollars which is natural as well as stronger. Using less per gallon in the long run saving you money.

been using it for years. your ph will always slowly rise no matter what you use. The point is to get your ph right before adding your nutes. Most nutrients have buffers which keep your ph stable. If you your PH is jumping its not due to lemon juice or any other ph additive. Could also mean you did not rinse your medium well enough.

why would you ph your res water when nutes, h202, hydroguard etc etc will tamper with the ph anyway....

and i dont ph my water until i add nutes.

ph'n RO water can cause mis readings
